I have finished with my edits and written my proposal. 45 minutes ago, with fingers, toes, ankles, knees and eyes crossed and with many prayers, I pressed “send”. My manuscript is off, first to my wonderful agent, then to the publisher. I would appreciate prayers that I would have patience to wait and that I would be accepting of whatever the publisher decides. Of course, the Bible does tell us that we should be bold in coming before the Throne, so you can pray that they would decide to publish it! Now I’ll be free to concentrate on my class and on the manuscript I wrote last summer.
