I am pleased to announce that Cup of Comfort for Adoptive Families is scheduled to be released on June 9, 2009. It includes two short stories by me! They are “The Love of a Mother” and “As American As They Come”. I’m so excited. I got my paycheck in the mail last week – my first real money from writing. It wasn’t much, but I’m not complaining. It’s so cool to finally be a published author. Now I need to get busy setting up book signings. How neat is that?! I’ll be sure to let you all know where and when. And when I get more information about where you can get a copy of the book, I’ll let you know. I’m going to try to get an advanced copy of the book cover and I’ll post that here, too. So keep watching for updates in the next few weeks as we get closer to release. And praise the Lord with me for blessing my writing.
