Still no internet at home. I’ve been calling every day and getting the run around. Yesterday, though, the Lord almost literally dropped the technical supervisor into my lap. He was 2 doors down as I pulled in from getting the kids from school. I RAN to him because he was picking up the cones to leave. He claims he never heard about my problem and that he never got the message the customer-no-service person supposedly sent him last Thursday. He promised to have someone out today to fix my problem. Yep, we’ll see. I’m not holding my breath. The only good thing is that I now have a business card with all of his information on it. If he doesn’t get it fixed, I’ll be bothering him until he can’t stand me anymore and fixes it. Ug, so frustrating. To top it off, last night I turned on the little TV we bought a couple of weeks ago for our bedroom & the camper. It turned on and right off again. After both Doug & I tried, I called. As soon as I told her the problem, she said it was internal and that, because we are under warranty, they’ll send us a new one. Well, at least I didn’t have to call them a million times to get service (I hope so, anyway!!).
So much to share, but I must get off here. I can’t linger when I’m borrowing a computer. Hope to be back in the 21st century this afternoon. You’ll be sure to hear if I am!
