Over the past few days, I’ve been thankful for:
*the freedom to worship our Lord
*the fellowship of family (spent Thanksgiving day with both my sisters, all my nieces and my nephew, my parents, and my cousin’s son).
*an abundance of food. And I had the best apple pie EVER. Wow, Mom!
*fun and frivolity
*a job. I didn’t want to work yesterday when everyone else had off. But in this economy, I’m thankful I have a job to go to. I’m grateful for it and won’t take it for granted.
*on the lighter side – a great black Friday steal. I can’t tell you what I bought, but I got something for 70% off. Remind me after Christmas and I’ll spill the beans then. Don’t want to spoil the surprise for the recipient.
