Saturday was a beautiful day for a walk – as beautiful a day as it gets to be here in Wisconsin in December. We’ve had snow and cold with more predicted (I’m not sure we made it to double digits today), so I took advantage of a day in the 30s. We live in a beautiful area and these are some of the scenes from my walk.
I don’t know – I’ve always loved this little group of trees. |
Many people around here plant pine trees for privacy. That’s why they move to this area. We’ve just about reached our goal of not being able to see our neighbors from our windows. |
A much better view of the kettle. |
Down one direction. |
And down the other. Notice the pine trees! |
The field across from my house. |
