My life-long dream came true yesterday. A book with my name and my name alone with published. It’s been a thrill. I still have to pinch myself.
Have you bought your copy yet?? LOL!
So, what did I do to celebrate? Not a thing. Well, actually, I seriously got down to writing book three. The revisions for book two will appear in my inbox very soon, so I wanted to feel like I’ve gotten some work done on three before I have to edit Daisies Are Forever.
And that is a writer’s life. Not a glamorous as I imagined it eleven years ago when I began this journey. But I’ve been so blessed. I’m able to stay home with my kids and write. I have a supportive family that cheers me on and helps me out. They even come to signings with me.
I can truly say, the Lord has given me the desires of my heart.
Liz, I’m so excited for you! Looks like we’re both launching our debuts together!
I read a blog by Sarah Sundin about your book, and it perked my interest. I just finished it. Great story, and a superb job writing it. Congratulations! Looking forward to the next one.
Thanks so much for the kind comment. I’m glad you liked it!
