Last week, we took our annual spring camping trip. The weather didn’t cooperate very well – cool and rainy. That’s not all negative for me. We have a cozy camper and my Nook was loaded with books just waiting to be read. In my book, those are ingredients for the perfect week.
This was our last trip with Brian before he leave for basic training. It’s sad to know we won’t ever take a family outing quite like it again.
He took three friends along and they all had a good time. The boys fished and ate and kayaked and ate. You get the picture 😉
One day, Doug and the girls and I decided to hit the antique mall nearby. Wonder why the boys didn’t want to go?? This one stall had drawers and drawers and drawers full of jewelry. And deep in one of those drawers, I found this little treasure.
Oh yeah, tulip earrings for Snow on the Tulip book signings. How fun are they? The best part? They only set me back $2. So, when you meet me at a signing, be sure to check out my earrings! I’m working on several appearances, so look at that tab from time to time. My first two signings are up.
