O.K., so I have a few pounds to lose. My clothes are getting tight and I’m not happy with the way I look right now. I’ve tried diets in fits and starts and always fallen backwards. Bad eating habits. Not enough fruits and vegetables, too many starches and sugars.
Much as it is killing me right now, I’ve decided I have to get serious. For the foreseeable future, I’m going to be extremely busy. I need to feel better than I do – fatigue, blah, blah, blah.
I’m trying the Biggest Loser diet – at least a version of it. It’s loaded with fruits and veggies (yuck), but with enough of other things that might make it bearable. Hubby has decided to try it with me. So much easier when you aren’t in the dieting boat alone!
I’ll keep you updated – if it works, that is 😉 On tonight’s menu: pork tenderloin, salad and green beans. Let’s see if I survive all this green on my plate LOL!
