Where do I start? Actually, I’ve been writing. Like a madwoman. My goal is 2500 words per day, 10K per week. It has gone pretty quickly. When I’m in the zone, grooving, it’s not that much of an effort. That’s a good thing, right?

We’ve also had sickness around here. That’s been the bummer. I was down with a bad cold last week and now Alyssa has it. Judging from how Jonalyn has been acting, I think she had a touch of it over the weekend.

So, a fun catch-up story? Today Jonalyn had hippotherapy. They are so great over there. They make sure she has her favorite horse to ride. Now they have a new pony, Patches. He is so cute – maybe even a little smaller than a Great Dane. Anyway, they were playing musical chairs with the horses. No, they don’t sit in chairs. They have to get back to a designated area when the music stops. The last horse there is the loser. Well, this little pony loved to trot when the music stopped. He would really run! The poor little girl on his back was jostled. The sidewalkers wouldn’t have let her fall, but the look on her face was priceless. Oh my, we all had a wonderful laugh. Jonalyn thought the pony was the be all and end all.

And that is it. See, I lead a boring life. If I go away for a while again, it’s because I’m busy writing.
