Subtitle of this post: peace and serenity. Just some pictures we took when we were up there last weekend. We had some fresh snow and it was beautiful. Our cabin when we arrived:

On Saturday, it warmed up nicely – near 20 above – so we took a walk in the woods. Jonalyn got pretty tired and had a hard time climbing over the logs, but it was beautiful.

She had some fun building with blocks. Four years ago she had no idea what to do with blocks, but now she’s a champ. She had some very tall towers!

Other than that, we simply enjoyed the beauty of God’s creation and the peace and serenity of this part of the world. Wouldn’t trade it for anything. Well, a Caribbean cruise sounds good about now… j/k 🙂
